Advocate at the District Bar Association in Warsaw, specializing in legal advice in the field of real estate and corporate services. He has many years of experience in providing services to entrepreneurs, gained in international corporations and as an in-house lawyer.
At the KPRF Law Office he gives legal advice on i.a.: leasing and commercialization of shopping and logistic centers, office premises, real estate acquisition and disposal transactions, day-to –day legal advice to shopping centers.
As regards corporate matters he provides legal advice on i.a.: establishment and dissolution of companies, mergers and demergers, sale of shares, registration issues, as well as on legal aspects of day-to-day functioning of a company.
