Joanna Marjańska

Attorney-at-law at Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, a graduate of the Law and Administration Department at the University in Warsaw. In KPRF Law Office She is responsible for handling transactions related to commercial space renting with an emphasis on viewing and negotiating lease contracts for Clients of the Law Office. She specializes in economic law, in particular commercial and civil law, real estate law, as well as in conducting court cases in those fields. In July 2010, she joined K|P|R|F Law Office, where from the very beginning she has been handling lease contracts from the legal perspective and providing corporate services for companies. As an in-house lawyer, she was dealing with viewing lease contracts for IKEA, Żabka Polska Sp. z o.o. for the convenience-type of Żabka and Freshmarket store networks.

Anna Zejdler-Winiarska

Advocate, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University and the Faculty of Law of the University of Oviedo. She has extensive experience in corporate law and constant maintenance businesses. Anna specializes in comprehensive legal services for entreprenuers, also in the area of e-commerce, personal data protection, including requirements of the European Union in the field of personal data security (RODO). For the benefit of Clients KPRF Law Office manages the corporate, commercial, economic and civil law, with particular emphasis on real estate law and redress under the warranty.She has participated in projects related to the assessment of compliance regulations and model contracts with labor law and consumer law. As part of the legal services she is involved in trade negotiations, creating legal opinions and represents parties in court and administrative proceedings.

Aleksandra Zarosa

Attorney-at-law at Olsztyn Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Specializes in providing ongoing legal service of entrepreneurs, including mainly developers, investors and retail chains. In her present work she focuses on service and cooperation with commercial real estate developers, especially investors, contractors, subcontractors, tenants and large area tenants. She advises on real estate sales transactions, long-term lease agreements, assesses contractual risks, and conducts investigations related to the rights and obligations arising from contracts.

Paweł Szulc

Junior Associate, Advocate at the District Board of Attorneys in Warsaw and a graduate from the Law and Administration Department at the University of Warsaw. Specializes in pre-litigation negotiations and judicial proceedings in civil and commercial cases in common courts. He drafts annex extending or modifying a lease and reviews terms, penalties, rent and lease conditions in existing lease agreements.

Piotr Rusek

Attorney-at-law at Warsaw Bar Association. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He has extensive experience in providing legal services to both business entities as well as natural persons who are not entrepreneurs. He specializes in companies law, civil and administrative law. At KPRF Law Office he participates in commercial negotiations, prepares legal opinions and represents clients in administrative and court proceedings.

Bartosz Cozac

Advocate at the District Bar Association in Warsaw, specializing in legal advice in the field of real estate and corporate services. He has many years of experience in providing services to entrepreneurs, gained in international corporations and as an in-house lawyer. At the KPRF Law Office he gives legal advice on i.a.: leasing and commercialization of shopping and logistic centers, office premises, real estate acquisition and disposal transactions, day-to –day legal advice to shopping centers. As regards corporate matters he provides legal advice on i.a.: establishment and dissolution of companies, mergers and demergers, sale of shares, registration issues, as well as on legal aspects of day-to-day functioning of a company. He speaks Polish and English.

Martyna Kulikowska

Attorney-at-law at Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law, a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She completed the attorney-at-law apprenticeship conducted by the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Warsaw, as well as she completed practice in Warsaw courts. At KPRF Law Office she deals mainly with the commercialization of commercial facilities, i.e. negotiates and gives opinions on commercial space lease agreements, both on the side of landlords and tenants. She also negotiates office lease agreements and has extensive experience in legal issues related to the daily operation of shopping malls, such as preparing and giving opinions on marketing and technical agreements, or enforcement of due debts. She participates in transactions related to the sale of investment real estate. Moreover, she prepares legal documents, applications, opinions, letters and legal analyzes. She is interested in commercial law and civil law, with an emphasis on contract law.  

Mateusz Stopczyński

Attorney-at-law at Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law and a Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University law graduate. He gained his professional skills in the District Court in Warsaw, among others as an assistant judge. He is interested in broadly understood civil law, with a particular focus on court proceedings and commercial law. At KPRF Law Office, he provides comprehensive corporate services to the Clients, takes care of civil and economies cases – including judicial processes and enforcement proceedings. He also cooperates with entities operating on the commercial real estate market, provides legal opinions and negotiates lease agreements in shopping malls throughout Poland.

Anna Sowa

A graduate of the Koszalin University of Technology at the Faculty of Economics. She has several years of experience in banking in servicing companies and business entities as well as several years of administrative experience. At KPRF Law Office, she is responsible for managing the work of the office, keeping administrative, HR and accounting documentation. She oversees formal and legal procedures related to the functioning of the office and supports the team in current matters.
